How can I verify the authenticity of my Geekvape product?
Every genuine Geekvape product comes with a security code on the packaging. You can enter this code on our official website's verification page to ensure your device is authentic.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your warranty policy on electronic devices?
We offer a 90-day warranty for our vape kits and mods starting from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Can I return a product if I have already opened it?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on E-liquids, coils, or tanks that have been opened or used. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days.
